Esmond Chan, an Asiamoney ranked head hunter specializes in Private Banking, started Search Partners in 1996 in Hong Kong. He is one of the most qualified and experienced head hunters within the Private Banking space and his key area of expertise lies in handling team moves. Prior to head hunting, Esmond ran a boutique financial brokerage business to serve the PRC corporations’ investment banking, private banking and lending needs.
Peggy Toh is Managing Director, specializing in Principal investment, Distressed Trading and Sales and Structured Private Financing at Search Partners. She joined the firm in Jan 2006 and has responsibility for South East Asia and Greater China. Over the years, she has established core relationships with the key market players both on the sell side and buy side. She is able to understand client’s requirements and find a perfect fit given her niche coverage areas and past banking experience. Peggy has more than a decade of banking experience (primarily in the credit loan space) before switching her career to executive search.
In Jan 2016, she started the Singapore branch and is currently based in Singapore.
